Finances

• Automatically add credit card expenses using YNAB (can connect to LOTS of banks) to the Financial tracker.

• Sending a client a Stripe invoice by email directly from Notion.

• Adding received payments from Stripe to our Financial database

• Updating the amount a client has paid in the CRM whenever a client pays a Stripe invoice

Documents

• Creating PDFs from Notion using Google Docs templates with just one click (useful for creating contracts, invoices, NDAs…)

Sales

• Capture leads into Notion whenever a client books a meeting with you using Calendly

• Capture leads into Notion by using Gmail labels

• Receive a notification whenever you need to contact a lead, so you don't miss out.

Fulfilling clients

• Client onboarding — Change a project's status and create and share a GDrive folder to collaborate with your client

• After a client call, upload Zoom call recordings to the client’s Google Drive (can be used to send it by email as well)

• Create subtasks automatically when a project reaches a certain status (e.g. a project's been won)

Calendar Events

• Create GCal events in your tasks database

• Sync GCal edits with Notion
